Delco Caterer Giving Away Dream Wedding For 50th Anniversary

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA — A local catering company is celebrating a major milestone by giving away what it's calling a "dream wedding" to a lucky couple.

Finley Catering, which has venues in Newtown Square and Philadelphia, is celebrating the 50 years of business with the giveaway.

The wedding will take place Aug. 16, 2026, the exact date of Finley Catering’s 50th anniversary, at its Union Trust venue in Center City. The company is also partnering with Joseph Anthony to provide day of-beauty services for the winning couple and their wedding party.

Couples can enter to win the free ceremony now through Sept. 16 online here. All entrants must be from the Greater Philadelphia area.

Winners will be announced in early October.

Founded in 1976 by Steve Finley, the company has grown into a family-owned hospitality leader and a staple of Philadelphia’s event scene. Over the years, its venues have hosted U.S. Presidents, national figures, and celebrities, including the Presidential Summit Luncheon at the Ballroom at the Ben and a Tug McGraw Foundation benefit at the Crystal Tea Room with Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Union Trust also welcomed President Joe Biden during his time in office.

Finley Catering operates The Ivy at Ellis Preserve, 3749 Bridle Walk, and The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve, 3821 West Chester Pike, both in Newtown Square.
