Marple Police Are Hiring, Salary Starts At $76,150

MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — Marple Township Police are hiring, and the starting salary is more than $76,000.

Applicants must be 21 or older, be a United State citizen, possess a valid driver’s license and pass a physical agility test, a written examination, and an oral examination.

The examination will be administered on Oct. 4.

They must also have a diploma from an accredited high school or a high school equivalency certification, have successfully completed the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Municipal Police Officers Education Training Commission Act 120 training, or be presently enrolled as a student in good standing in a certified municipal police academy

All applicants will be subject to background investigations, physical examinations, and psychological examination.

The starting salary is $76,150 and the full salary is $108,786.
