New Japanese Restaurant Opening Nov 2 In Newtown Square

Hiramasa Japanese Restaurant is hosting its gran opening on Saturday, Nov. 2 in Newtown Square after a soft opening this past weekend.

NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA — Those looking for sushi rolls, sashimi, rice and noodle dishes, and more classic Japanese fare have a new option in Newtown Square.

Hiramasa Japanese Restaurant is located at 3554 West Chester Pike in Newtown Square and will hold its grand opening on Saturday, Nov. 2.

The grand opening event will start at 11:30 a.m., when the restaurant opens, and will feature a lion dance show performance at noon.

The new dining spot soft opened on Saturday, Oct. 19.

"Our menu is a blend of time-honored recipes and innovative culinary techniques, crafted to bring you the freshest and most authentic flavors from the sea and beyond," the restaurant's website reads. "At Hiramasa, we pride ourselves on using only the finest ingredients. From our premium sashimi and nigiri selections to our signature rolls and perfectly grilled teriyaki dishes, each plate is a celebration of craftsmanship."

Menu items include tofu miso soup, stone grilled A5 wagyu beef, a sashimi tower, pork gyoza, numerous signature maki rolls, shrimp pad thai, black truffle fried rice, and much more.

Diners can also opt for a five-course chef curated omakase experience for $128 per person.
