Sephora Coming To Broomall In 2025
The Lawrence Park Shopping Center is getting a new tenant in the popular beauty retailer Sephora.
BROOMALL, PA — A new retailer is coming to the Lawrence Park Shopping Center next year.
Federal Realty Investment Trust recently announced Sephora will be moving into the center in 2025.
The store will be 5,127 square feet and offer a slew of beauty products and brands.

Sephora is a multinational retailer of personal care and beauty products and operates more than 2,500 stores in 32 countries worldwide, with an expanding base of more than 460 stores across the Americas.
Since Federal Realty began the renovation and redevelopment at Lawrence Park Shopping Center in 2019, there has been an increase in annual visits by close to 20 percent and according to Placer.ai, a total of 3.6 million visits in 2023.

Federal Realty has completed a total of 40,000 square feet of new leasing since 2020 along with a multimillion-dollar reinvestment plan that was completed in 2022.
