UPPER CHICHESTER, PA — A portion of Interstate 95 south in Delaware County is closed due to a three-vehicle crash that involved a tractor trailer.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the crash happened at about 11:45 a.m. on Interstate 95 south at mile marker 2 in Upper Chichester.
The tractor trailer is overturned and blocking the entire highway, police said.
