Delco Symphony Violinist Dies, and Other Obituaries

Phyllis G. Frieberg, born in Ohio, died at 90. Frieberg most recently played violin with the Delaware County Symphony. She sang in church choirs and was a member of The Reformation Lutheran Church in Media.

Marilyn J. Desmond, formerly of Philadelphia and long time resident of Media, died on Nov. 25. 

Joseph P. "Joe" Tolomeo, of Media and formerly of Havertown and West Chester, died at 71.


Eugene L. "Gene" Miserendino, of Newtown Square, died at 86. He was a member of the American Legion Post-Manoa 0667.

Edith G. Morris, of Springfield and formerly Chester County, died at 89.
