How did you get into the insurance industry?
I was in the hospitality industry for over a decade, and I was interested in pivoting my career. My father is an insurance attorney, and he suggested that I enter the industry. He explained that it is very similar to the hospitality environment, where you can still continue to serve your neighbors and friends.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Sharing information and educating. One of the favorite lessons I learned in Business school was that "good communication is the sharing of information in an environment of mutual trust and respect." I work to create that environment with every single one of my clients, so they have knowledge on how to mitigate their risk and stay safe.
What’s something you wish everyone knew about insurance?
Simple. How important is it to have.
What's something you wish everyone knew about working with a local agent?
They are trained and they take extensive exams to have the most knowledge on the topic and they are a resource for people who aren't very well versed on the topic. We have the most up to date information on the market and its current state.
What factors should someone consider when exploring their insurance options?
What will keep them the safest from being exposed to risk.

What do you like most about the Media area?
Media,Pa is known as "everyones hometown". And its quaint Mainstreet boasts a trolly, shops, theater and myriad restaurants. It's in the heart of the county where I was raised, and it is home to the people who are my clients.
