CHESTER, PA — A student was cut by a can opener at a Delaware County high school Thursday morning, according to reports and officials.
The Chester Upland School District said Chester High School was placed on lockdown at about 10:30 a.m.
Action News reports a fight broke out in the school's cafeteria.

According to both outlets, three students were taken into custody in connection with the incident.
