Blue Eagles Defeat Liberty for District 11 4A Title
The Blue Eagle baseball team won its second-straight district title Wednesday night at Coca-Cola Park, defeating Liberty High School 2-1.
The No. 1 Blue Eagles earned a 2-1 win over in the District 11 Class 4A baseball final Wednesday at Coca-Cola Park.
According to a report in The Morning Call, Nazareth (21-4 overall) is the first team to win back-to-back district titles in the eight-year history of the 4A classification.
Next up for the Blue Eagles: Monday's PIAA 4A first round. The Blue Eagles will face the winner of the District One third-place game between Upper Dublin and Hatboro-Horsham. This game will be played Thursday at 4 p.m.
