Don't Forget to 'Spring Forward' Tonight
The time on your clocks should be moved forward an hour before you go to bed tonight. Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday, March 11.

Thanks to the start of Daylight Saving Time at 2 a.m. Sunday, you'll lose an hour of sleep tonight, but in exchange for that we'll all be able to enjoy an extra hour of evening daylight in the days, weeks and months to come.
To avoid confusion associated with the time change, remember to move the time on all of your wall and alarm clocks forward an hour before you go to bed tonight (your computer and cell phone clocks should adjust to the change automatically).
The springtime transition to Daylight Saving Time is also a good opportunity to check the batteries in your smoke detectors, according to experts.
