Police: 20-Year-Old Had Bottle of Johnnie Walker
Yamma Ramin, of Lower Nazareth Township, allegedly had a bottle of whisky and a marijuana smoking device in his vehicle, according to Colonial Regional Police.

Charges have been filed against a 20-year-old man after a search of his vehicle -- parked at Traditions of Hanover, an independent living retirement community -- yielded a bottle of whisky and a marijuana smoking device.

Around 9:40 p.m. on Feb. 4, police were alerted to a suspicious vehicle sitting in the parking lot of 5300 Northgate Drive in Hanover Township, Northampton County.

The Blue Nissan sedan was occupied by Ramin, according to police. Sitting on the driver's passenger-side floor -- in plain view -- the responding officer saw a plastic bag containing what is suspected to be marijuana. The officer also smelled an odor of marijuana.
A half-consumed bottle of Johnnie Walker brand whisky was found in Ramin's vehicle, according to police.

After the officer searched the vehicle, he found a marijuana smoking device.
Charges have been filed through District Judge James Narlesky's office.
