Teen Dies Almost Two Weeks After Crash in Bushkill Township

Almost two weeks after suffering injuries in a car crash, a Bushkill Township teen has died, according to a report in The Morning Call.

Tyler Merritt, 19, of the 1300 block of Bushkill Center Road was injured in a Sept. 3 crash near the intersection of Cherry Hill and Young roads.

He was pronounced dead 11 days later at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday at St. Luke's Hospital-Fountain Hill, according to the report.
