Underwear, Belt Thieves Caught at Kohl's

Three males will be cited for retail theft after allegedly stealing underwear, belts and a wallet from the Kohl's Department Store in Lower Nazareth Township.

They weren't after any hot-tickets items -- just two pairs of underwear, two belts and a wallet.

was called to the in around 7:22 p.m. on Thursday, March 1, for three males being detained for retail theft.

Leo Boisvert, 18, of Bangor, allegedly selected a pair of underwear and a belt, found a fitting room, put on the skivvies and cinched the belt.

A juvenile male, who was not named because of his age, followed Boisvert's lead, according to police. The boy went into a dressing room, put on a belt, but instead of putting on the underwear, he allegedly concealed them under his sweatshirt.

Oshine White, 18, of Mount Bethel, allegedly took a leather wallet and concealed it in his pocket.

The trio then left the store without paying for the merchandise, according to police.

Citations for retail theft will be filed through office.
