Used Toy Sale at Holy Family to be Held this Weekend

Gently used toys can be dropped off Wednesday through Friday; sale to be held Friday night and Saturday morning.

If your children have grown out of their once-favorite toys, consider donating them for 9th annual gently used toy sale.

In addition to gently used Christmas outfits, children’s coats, boots, hats and gloves will also be accepted.

Items can be dropped off at the following times:

  • Nov. 30 from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Dec. 1 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.; 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Dec. 2 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  • During the sale on Dec. 2 and 3

The drop-off point will be at the church's social hall. The church is on the corner of Center Street and Forest Drive. The social hall is in the basement of the old brick church, which is across the parking lot from the new church.

The sale will be held during the following times:

  • Dec. 2 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Dec. 3 from 9 a.m. to noon
  • A bake sale, coffee and hot chocolate will be available

What makes this toy sale special? There are no set prices! This allows families to select all of the toys they need to make Christmas special.

The only request: Leave an unknown amount of money in the designated box before you leave. Any donation is helpful, and all proceeds will be used to provide Christmas gifts for families in need through S.O.S. Ministries.
