The Birches at New Hope provides personal and memory care services in a comfortable home-like environment, providing as little or as much support as needed to help seniors preserve their independence while offering their families peace of mind. The brand-new community features 93 apartments with prime amenities accessible to all residents — relaxing outdoor spaces with a garden area, a bistro, private dining room, a theater, and a large activity center. Unlike life plan communities, also known as CCRCs, The Birches does not require a buy-in fee, making senior living an affordable option. Included in the monthly rent is a long list of amenities and services, such as 24-hour personal care assistance, three daily meals, a life enrichment program, housekeeping, transportation, maintenance, utilities, and on-site physical and occupational therapies, to name a few. In the secured memory care neighborhood – Daybreak – seniors with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias will benefit from structured activities based on Positive Approach to Care® methodologies, additionally accessing the same life-enhancing services and wellness programs as those in personal care.
