Movie Club: Singin' in the Rain

The Movie Club pick for February is Singin’ in the Rain (1952). A silent film star falls for a chorus girl just as he and his delusionally jealous screen partner are trying to make the difficult transition to talking pictures in 1920s Hollywood.

Each Movie Club film is introduced by Emmy Award winner and film historian Joe Amodei, President/CEO of Virgil Films & Entertainment. After the movie, Joe will be joined by a special guest for a conversation with the audience about the film.
