Norristown to Hold Public Meeting to Reorganize Civil Service Commission

According to the Municipality of Norristown, the Norristown Civil Service Commission will hold a public meeting at 5 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 6, at , 235 E. Airy Street.

The purpose of the meeting will be to complete the biennial reorganization of the commission which oversees the testing and hiring of police officers and firefighters for the municipality, and any other business as may properly come before the commission.

Any person with a disability requiring a special accommodation who would like to attend the meeting should call 610-270-0420 as early as possible prior to the meeting. The municipality will make every effort to provide a reasonable accommodation.
