Another Eagles Super Bowl Rally To Held On Montco Courthouse Steps

Montgomery County is rallying big for the birds, with cheerleaders, a DJ, mascots, food, and more.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Another major Eagles pep rally ahead of the Super Bowl will be held in Montgomery County this week.

Just days after Brian Dawkins led a rally at nearby Elmwood Park Zoo, Norristown will once again be the stage for a Bird gang gathering on Thursday, Feb. 6. The rally will be held at Montgomery County Courthouse, on 2 E. Airy Street, from noon to 1 p.m.

"Montgomery County Commissioners will gather with a crowd for a fun pep rally to cheer the Philadelphia Eagles to victory for Sunday night's big game," organizers with the county said in a statement. "The party includes music, food, singing, and cheering as Montgomery County unites to say GO BIRDS."

Methacton High School's cheerleaders and marching band will be on hand, along with Noah the Eagle from Elmwood Park Zoo, Valley Forge Tourism's mascot Monty the Fox, as well as a food truck, ice sculpture, and more.

Super Bowl 59 is on Sunday, Feb. 9.
