Armed Robbers Hold Up Alexa's Market on West Main
Police say two armed men made off with over $1,300 on Wednesday night in Norristown.

Two men—one of whom was armed—are wanted for robbing three people Wednesday night at Alexa's Mexican Market on West Main Street, according to reports from the Norristown Police Department.
Officers responded to the shop at 516 West Main St. at approximately 8:11 p.m. and spoke with the three victims, who said two men allegedly pulled a silver revolver on them and demanded money. The men collected a total of $1,380 from two different victims and from the store's register and fled the scene, heading south on Chain Street.
None of the victims were harmed during the incident.

The men are described as two black males wearing all black clothing. One of the victims reported seeing part of a tattoo between the thumb and index finger on the left hand of the gunman. The tattoo is described as gothic-style writing that went up the man's forearm.

- On Feb. 19, two armed men reportedly robbed a women outside her apartment building in the 200 block of Centre Avenue in West Norriton.
- On Feb. 27, two armed men robbed the American Gasoline Store on Ridge Pike in Plymouth.
- On March 2, two armed men robbed the Exxon Service Station at West Main Street and Forrest Avenue.
It's unclear if any of these incidents are related.
