The Norristown Municipal Council meeting that was scheduled for Aug. 6 has been cancelled due to National Night Out.
Instead, the municipality is urging residents to participate in National Night Out on Aug. 6 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. along the 1300 block of Willow Street, where there will be free food, games, music and entertainment.
