Bomb Threat Suspect Surrenders to Police
50-year-old Roberta Brown surrendered to police on Friday afternoon. She was wanted after allegedly stating she had placed a bomb at Gretz Beverage on Wednesday afternoon.

The woman who allegedly made a bomb threat against Gretz Beverage on Wednesday reportedly turned herself into police on Friday afternoon.
According to Dan Clark at the Times Herald, Roberta Brown, 50, of Villanova, was arraigned on charges of threatening to use a weapon of mass destruction, terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. She was later remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility after failing to post $100,000 bail.
Emergency service and bomb squad members initially responded to a report of a bomb threat at 700 East Main Street – the location of Gretz Beverage – shortly before 5:30 p.m. The building was immediately evacuated, as the bomb squad searched for the reported device, according to Lt. Michael Crescitelli, of the Norristown Police Department.

As initially reported by Patch, a 9-1-1 call was made at 5:16 p.m. from the domestic relations building, stating that 50-year-old Reberta Brown made the threat while walking through the hallway following a hearing.
Members of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department attempted to locate Brown in the building, but she had already left. A be-on-the-lookout (BOLO) order for Brown was issued a short time later.
