Central Perkiomen Valley Park Hosting Free Photography Workshop

According to a release issued by the county, is hosting a photography workshop on Saturday, April 28 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Join a park ranger for a spring photo session at the Old Mill House on Plank Road in Schwenksville. Participants will learn some simple tips that change the look, feel and mood of their outdoor photographs, as well as tips for light, composition and a few hints for shooting in poor weather conditions. Afterward, photographers will go for a short hike to apply what they have learned.  

The event is free and open to all ages and will take place rain or shine. Participants must bring their own camera. Pre-registration is required. For more information contact Sue Ward at 610-287-6970 or email her at sward@montcopa.org.                                         

Central Perkiomen Valley Park is located on Plank Road in Schwenksville, PA.  Take Rt. 29 to Plank Road then take the entrance on the left to meet at the Old Mill House.
