Class of 2013 Bids Farewell to Norristown Area High School [PHOTOS]
The Class of 2013, comprised of 408 students, is the 151st class to graduate from Norristown Area High School.
With proud family members and friends filling the seats of the auditorium, Norristown Area High School held their 151st commencement ceremony for the Class of 2013 on Friday afternoon.
Led by valedictorian Amelia Schunder, and salutatorians Brett Harner and Erica Rutledge, the Class of 2013 set a record for receiving the largest amount of scholarship money in school history, coming in at more than $12 million, according to the Times Herald. Those funds will be spread out across the 202 universities which will be attended by this year's graduates, the report states.
The Norristown Patch would like to offer a hearty congratulations to the Class of 2013, and wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors!
