Democratic Candidate for Council Dwayne Royster Talks About Norristown's 'Critical Issues'

Last week, we introduced you to being vacated by outgoing councilman Bill Procyson (Procyson has already served two terms and is not eligible to run again.) Both Republican Troy Beane and Democrat Dwayne Royster spoke recently with and briefly outlined their plans to improve Norristown.
