Norristown Voter Guide 2025: Who's On Ballot, Where To Vote
Nov. 4 is Election Day. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
NORRISTOWN, PA — Election Day is Nov. 4 in Pennsylvania, with several key municipal and state races on the ballot.

In Norristown, voters have less of a choice than other districts. Most of the key races were already decided during the primary, as the municipality is heavily blue.

The school board race features four candidates for open slots, meaning all will be elected.
The Norristown municipal council at-large race similarly has two candidates for two open slots, while the Ward 1 race features Rashaad Bates running unopposed.

It will represent a significant turnover in the Norristown council, as a pair of resignations this year spurred a change in the guard. Councilman Thomas Lepera resigned in February, while Councilwoman Lauren Hughes resigned in March to run for judge of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas this fall. The newest members are Jasmine Griffen, who fills an at-large vacancy, and Natalie Colson, who fills the fourth district seat.
In the Judge of the Superior Court race, Democrat Brandon Neuman faces Republican Maria Battista and Liberal Daniel Wassmer.
In the Commonwealth Court election, Democrat Stella Tsai faces Republican Matt Wolford.
And finally, in the Jury Commissioner race, Democratic Andrea Bapitste faces Republican Merry Broderick Woods.
Polls will open Tuesday, Nov. 4 at 7 a.m. Voters can cast ballots up until 8 p.m.
