Free Electronics Recycling Event To Be Held In Norristown

Dispose of your e-waste, including computers, TVs, monitors, cell phones, and more for free at the upcoming event.

NORRISTOWN, PA — Norristown is hosting a free electronics recycling event at Elmwood Park Zoo next week on Monday, March 24.

The event will be held in the zoo's upper parking lots near the intersection of Johnson Highway and Harding Boulevard.

Old computers, cell phones, televisions, monitors, cable boxes, routers, modems, and more will be accepted.

The municipality is partnering with the Pennsylvania Resources Council and several local organizations to host the event.
