Iron Tattoo Owner on Probation for Tattooing Minors

Nahun Isaac Reyes-Osorio pleaded guilty to tattooing two underage girls.

According to The Times Herald, 25-year old Nahun Isaac Reyes-Osorio, owner of in Norristown, was sentenced to one year probation after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge that he tattooed two underage girls.

The charges reportedly stem from two separate instances where a 14-year-old girl got a tattoo of Shamrock with the words, "Total Eclipse of the Heart" and a 15-year-old girl got a shooting star on her lower back.

According to The Herald, Reyes-Osario told the court he was unaware that anyone under 18 needed parental permission to get a tattoo.
