Parades, fireworks, carnivals and more are being planned in Norristown and beyond to celebrate the birth of our nation.

Upper Merion Township

  • What: Upper Merion’s July 4 Celebration - A Carnival with food trucks
  • When: 1 to 10 p.m. Monday, July 4. Live music at 6 p.m.
  • Where: Heuser Park, 649 W. Beidler Road, King of Prussia.

Norristown Borough:

  • What: Party in the Park with a concert & Fireworks: activities for children, a beer garden; 4 to 5:30 Wildflower; 7 to 8:30 p.m. concert by Deja Groove Party Band, and then fireworks
  • When: noon to dusk
  • Where: Harding Boulevard, between Fornance & Wood streets.

Norristown Borough:

  • What: Norristown Borough Fourth of July parade hosted by the borough
  • When: 10 a.m.
  • Where: St. Francis of Assisi Church, 600 Hamilton Street to downtown Norristown.
