NFD Responds to Arch Street Apartment Fire

The Norristown Fire Departent responded to a report of a fire shortly after noon today at an apartment building on the 1400 block of Arch Street.

On the scene, firefighters discovered a small fire resulting from a cooking accident set off the alarm for the building. No serious damage was reported and no one was reported injured. Firefighters had the scene under control quickly.
