Norristown Fire Department Takes Fire Safety to the Streets
While working this weekend, firefighters took a few moments to teach a few kids a few things about safety.
One of the great things about the Norristown Fire Depatment is they never stop working. While on detail this Saturday installing smoke detectors in the Elm and Cherry ares, the firefighters came across a pick-up football game and the kids took a break and begged get a look at the truck. The firefighters turned the encounter into an impromptu lesson on fire safety.
