Norristown Little League Opening Day is This Saturday
The boys and girls of summer are back and they're kicking off opening day with a parade.
Norristown Little League Opening Day is this Saturday and players will celebrate with a parade down Harding Boulevard starting at 9 a.m.
Players will report to Eisenhower Middle School at 8:15 a.m. for a march to the field where teams will be introduced. Expect some pomp and circumstance in the form of the National Anthem, God Bles America and some encouraging words from Norristown Little League officials. Then it will be time to play ball!
T-Ball games will start following the parade (approximately 10-10:15 a.m.)

This year's event will feature a bounce house for the kids and gift basket raffles. Tickets will be on sale at the snack stand for $1 each or 6 for $5.
