Norristown's 'Peeping Tom Landlord' Out On Parole
Thomas C. Daley, 49, was sentenced in May 2010 to four to 10 years in a prison for multiple counts of invasion of privacy and related charges.
According to PhillyBurbs.com, Thomas C. Daley, the Norristown landlord who was arrested in 2008 for spying on his femal tennants and recording their most intimate moments, has been released form prison.
“He served the prison sentence imposed by the judge,” Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney John N. Gradel told PhillyBurbs. “I am confident that the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole will keep him on a tight leash.”
Daley pleded guilty to spying on and taping some 30 tenants living in five Norristown rental properties over 20 years. He reportedly had installed cameras and audio equipment in walls, light and bathroom fixtures and even in doorbells in apartments he rented primarily to attractive young women.

He was sentenced to four to ten years in prison in May 2010 and he had already served two years having been arrested in 2008 and in custody since then. According to PhillyBurbs, he was released on May 13 and is living with family somewhere in Montgomery County.
