Correction: West Norriton Teen Arrested for Robbing Woman of $20
Ryan Dobbs-Holland, 18, is being charged with robbery, theft and simple assault.
According to , a West Norriton teen was arrested on Christmas Eve for snatching a $20 bill from a woman walking home on West Main Street after visiting an ATM.
Ryan Dobbs-Holland, 18, is being charged with robbery, theft and simple assault, after he allegedly grabbed a $20 bill out of a young lady's hand as she was walking home on the 1200 block of West Main Street on Saturday, Dec. 24.
Police caught up with Dobbs-Holland shortly after 8 p.m. and he was positively identified by the victim.
