The Montgomery County Office of Children and Youth told Norristown police that, while a caseworker was meeting with Jordan Carey on the morning of July 24 he vandalized the office conference room where they were in, said police.
A caseworker told Carey that he would have to receive drug treatment and he subsequently became upset. Carey then allegedly stood up and threw the door open with enough force to jam the door stopper through the drywall wall. Carey then fled the building. An office supervisor then called the police, said a Montgomery County spokesperson.

John Cressman told Norristown police on the morning of July 24 that at some point overnight a person or people desolated his garden and damaged his grill at 524 East Main Street, with a total estimated damage at $170.
Cressman thought that the damage might be in retaliation to an altercation with his neighbors at 526 East Main Street. According to Cressman, he confronted his neighbors and told them that he would call the police if they did not stop selling drugs from their residence.
