After a quick reorganization of the board and approval of minutes, the planning commission will hold a . Property owner Gene O'Hara is seeking conditional use approval from Municipal Council to have a two bedroom apartment on the second and third floor of the building for a total of 3 units and a store, in the TC-Town Center Zoning District. Previous use of the apartment was condemned.
The applicant, as well as all persons interested and/or wishing to be heard in this matter, must be present for the meeting tonight in the conference room and the on Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 7:30 p.m.
