According to , a 7-year-old Conshohocken boy brought a 12-inch bread knife onto a Norristown school bus on Thursday. No one was injured and police don't believe the boy intended to harm anyone.
According to the report, another student on the bus saw the knife and told the bus driver. Officers met the bus at Johnson Highway and Chain Street took custody of the knife. The boy was not arrested.
“No one was assaulted or threatened,” Police Chief Russell Bono told The Herald.
