Police Looking for Suspects in Teen Shooting
Police are seeking information on the suspects in a home invasion early Monday morning that left a teen shot and wounded.

According to , the 19-year old victim of a Monday morning home invasion (reported on previously in ) was arrested by Norristown police in July on drug trafficking charges at the same Green Street apartment.
According to reports, the victim told police he was in bed, sleeping, when two men dressed in black and wearing masks entered his room and accosted him. The suspects claimed they were police, but then attempted to rob him.
The victim struggled with his assailants and sustained a gunshot wound to the leg and lacerations to the face from being struck with a gun. He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for treatment.

The victim could not provide any additional information on the suspects, who managed to flee the scene with a Harrington & Richardson 12-gauge, pump-action shotgun the victim kept beside his bed.
According to The Herald, police arrested the 19-year-old victim in July on drug and conspiracy charges. At that time, police recovered over four pounds of marijuana and more than $5,000. The victim had been in Montgomery County Prison since then, but was released in October after posting bail.
