Police Still Searching for Two Men in Assault and Robbery in East Norriton
The two men allegedly beat an East Norriton resident in his home and bound him with duct tape.

The East Norriton Police Department has released the following information:
On Wednesday, April 3, at approximately 12 p.m., a robbery occurred in the 3000 block Green Ridge Drive in East Norriton Township.
The victim knew one of the two suspects casually and invited the known suspect to his residence. The invited suspect showed up at the residence with another individual. A short time after the suspects arrived at the victim’s residence; they attacked and beat up the victim. The victim was bound with duct tape and was threatened with a weapon.

The two men then searched the home and stole jewelry and other items. The men then left the residence, driving away in a later model Mercury sedan, silver in color, possibly a Mercury Sable, with unknown registration.
The suspects are described as two black males, one was thinly built with a goatee beard; the other was heavy set possible 275 pounds.

The victim was taken by ambulance to Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in East Norriton.
