Update: Sandusky Out on Bail
Sandusky posted bail today after spending a night in jail following a new round of sex-abuse charges.
ABC's Action News is reporting that Jerry Sandusky has posted bail after spending a night in jail. He raised the $250,000 bail with $200,000 in real estate holdings and a $50,000 certified check from wife, Dorothy, according to reports from ABC News.
was arrested again yesterday on new charges and is now being held in a Centre County jail on $250,000 bail.

- Four counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and two counts of unlawful contact with a minor. Both are first-degree felonies punishable by up to 20 years in prison and $25,000 fines.
- One count of indecent assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of children – third-degree felonies punishable by up to seven years in prison and $15,000 fines.
- One count of indecent assault and two counts of corruption of minors – first-degree misdemeanors punishable by up to five years in prison and $10,000 fines.
