Scene Around Town – Lights Out at Target

Local Target shoppers got a surprise on Sunday when an employee greeted them at the door to the Plymouth Meeting store and announced that the store was open, but power was out. 

The cause of the outage was under investigation most of the morning and the freezer section was cleared out and closed off. The emergency lighting in the store actually made for quite a nice ambiance.
