SEPTA Passengers' Group Calling for Bathrooms and Trash Cans

The Delaware Valley Association of Rail Passengers (DVARP), a non-profit organization representing greater-Philadelphia railroad and public transit users, is circulating a petition to convince SEPTA to include restrooms and trash cans on the next order of Silverliner regional rail cars. 

According to the DVARP, similar rail in Washington D.C., Baltimore, New York City, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, and Los Angeles do include those passenger amenities, but SEPTA doesn't.

The petition had 109 signatures at last count and the DVARP is gunning for 150. If you're on board with their request, you can sign the petition here.
