Smashburger Restaurant to Open at Plymouth Meeting Mall This Fall

This fall will bring a Smashburger restaurant to the Plymouth Meeting Mall, where guests can visit the eatery for a hand-crafter burger, haystack onions, handspun Häagen-Dazs shakes, and more, according to a Plymouth Meeting Mall release.

Customers can purchase a 100% certified angus beef that is “‘smashed,’” seasoned, and seared to order.  The 2,700 square foot eatery will also feature sides and desserts such as Smashfries, which are tossed with rosemary, garlic and olive oil.

The company, whose founder, Tom Ryan, was recognized by Gourmet magazine as one of the Top 25 Food Entrepreneurs of the Last Quarter Century, received the Forbes #1 Most Promising Company award, according to Smashburger.
