Update: Victim Identified in East Norriton Fire
John Ross Rowan, 49, a resident at Rolling Green Apartments, died in the Friday night blaze
is reporting that the victim who died in Friday night's fire at Rolling Green Apartments in East Norriton has been identified as 49-year-old John Ross Rowan. Rowan's dog, who was in the apartment at the time of the blaze, is alive after being treated medically.
No further information about Rowan has been released and the preliminary investigation into the fire suggests it was accidental.
