Victim Medevaced After Stab Wound to the Back

UPDATE 10:58 p.m. Breaking News Network is reporting that the stabbing victim was a 12 year old male, and that the child is conscious and alert.

The Breaking News Network reported just before 10:30 p.m. on Saturday night that a victim with a stab wound in the back is being flown from the scene to a Philadelphia area trauma center from the area of Kohn Street and Marshall Street in Norristown.

Police Dispatch told Patch at 10:48 p.m. that the scene has been secured.

Police have not released any information on whether a suspect is in custody nor information on the victim.
