If you are a fan of the new ABC Daytime cooking talk show “The Chew,” you may already be aware of this year's new must-try dessert for Thanksgiving. And, if you are serving a Turducken for your main meal (a deboned chicken, stuffed into a deboned duck, stuffed into a turkey), then your dessert really should be The Pummple.
Consisting of an apple pie, baked into a vanilla cake, a pumpkin pie baked into a chocolate cake, all smashed together with some butter cream frosting, this could be the dessert to end all desserts. If you are stuck unable to decide which dessert to make, this could be your solution. Make them all. Rachael Ray featured it on her show in 2010, and offered viewers the recipe, too. If you are seeking something unique to impress the relatives this year, try it out. There is something for every guest in this dessert!
