Bomb Threat Called in to Easton High School

Today at 1:13 p.m. there was a building evacuation at Easton Area High School due to a bomb threat. This is the fourth bomb scare in about a month.

Administration released this notice today at 2 p.m.:

"Today at 1:13 p.m. there was a building evacuation at Easton Area High School due to a bomb threat. Students and staff were evacuated.

"Security checked the building for anything suspicious. The Palmer Fire Department and responded.

"The Palmer Police Department's bomb sniffing dog did a search and nothing was found.

"Students and staff were admitted back into the building at 1:36 p.m."
