Forks Solicitor To Step Down

Forks solicitor Karl Kline is set to step down at the end of 2013 after more than 30 years of handling the township's legal matters.

That's according to the Express-Times, which says Kline gave his written notice to the township earlier this week. He wants to spend more time with his family, but will continue to maintain his private law practice in Palmer Township.

Kline's tenure with the township coincided with major changes in Forks, which has transformed to a much more developed, suburban municipality that has seen its population double in the last 13 years.
