Pennsylvanians are paying an average of 11.5 cents less today for a gallon of gas than we paid at this time last year, according to AAA’s Fuel Gauge Report.
The national average for a gallon in the state is now $3.698, down 2.5 cents from a week ago.

In the Lehigh Valley, the average price of self-serve gasoline is $3.661 per gallon, 2.4 cents lower than a week ago, 8.3 cents lower than a month ago and 10.1 cents lower than a year ago.
The national average retail price for a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline is $3.692, down 1.1 cents from a week ago.

Nearby, the cheapest price for regular is $3.62 a gallon at Wawa in the 25th Street Shopping Center in Palmer Township, $3.64 at Weis Markets on William Penn Highway in Palmer Township and $3.73 at the Giant Shopping Center in Forks Township.
