Old Time Rock, Haunted Walk Saturday in Easton

A look at what's happening this weekend in Easton.

Hello everyone. The week is winding down, so let's take a look at what's happening this weekend in Easton.

1. Ever wanted to learn the darker side of Easton's history? The annual Haunted Easton Walking Tour is your ticket. The tour leaves from Centre Square at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. You can buy tickets online, or at the Easton Main Street office, at 35 S. Third St. (The tour is not recommended for kids due to adult language/scary content. Children need to be accompanied by an adult.)

2. Two shows at the State Theatre this weekend: Say Goodnight Gracie, with actor Alan Safier as George Burns Friday at 7:30 p.m., and Old Time Rock 'n' Roll Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

3. Also at the State Theatre: Gia Mora's Einstein Girl, a show that mixes "old school cabaret, stand-up comedy, and cutting edge physics." It's happening Friday night at 7 in the Acopian Ballroom.

4. Bill Warfield's New York Jazz Octet is this week's performer for the Lafayette Bar's Jazz Night, Saturday at 9:30 pm.

5. Black & Blue holds its autumn beer pairing dinner Saturday at 5 p.m., matching items from the restaurant menus with beers from Easton's Weyerbacher brewing. Seating is limited, and tickets are $65.

6. If you can't get tickets—or don't want to spend as much—there's always the pork & sauerkraut dinner at First United Church of Chirst, Saturday at 5 p.m.

7. The Arts Community of Easton presents the Hardware Art Show, Sunday afternoon from 12:30 to 3:30 at the Quadrant.
