Rotondo Home is Palmer-Forks Deck the House Winner
We'll learn Friday if the Palmer Township home was named one of the 24 nationwide finalists, bringing Easton Area schools one step closer to winning $100,000.
David Rotondo's house has been named the Palmer-Forks winner in Patch’s national .
Rotondo, of 3415 Oregon St. in Palmer, said he starts decorating his house the day after Thanksgiving and works on it consistently through the holidays. He has dozens of inflatable features and thousands of lights. He also serves hot chocolate if you stop by when he's there.
Rotondo is one of 397 winners named from across the nation. His winning entry has been forwarded to a national Patch judge, who will select 24 finalists Friday.

Each of the 24 finalists will receive $500 (to help pay their electric bill)!
Then, from Friday through Jan. 8, readers can vote for the Best Decked House in all of Patch, which includes 22 states and the District of Columbia. The grand prize winner’s school district will receive a $100,000 check from Patch.
